Brilliance In Motion: May Newsletter

Military Appreciation Month!

May is designated as Military Appreciation Month, a period to honor and thank the men and women serving or who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. This month, which includes several military-related observances, is a time to acknowledge the sacrifices of service members and their families.

Brilliance Honda will be sponsoring a Wednesday night dinner at Veterans Path to Hope this month and as always, sponsoring the the  McHenry County Patriot run June 22nd.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRILLIANCE HONDA!

This month, Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake proudly celebrates 19 years as a family-owned and operated business. What began just down the road at a smaller dealership with a big dream has grown into a place where strangers become friends and friends become family.

Since day one, our Owner and General Manager Kevin Keefe has led with heart, selflessness, and kindness. It is also incredible to see so many of our original team members still with us today.

As we celebrate 19 incredible years, we’re filled with gratitude—and excitement for the many milestones still to come!

“This was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesperson, Domingo, was kind, patient, and fair throughout the entire process. The sales manager, John, worked with me directly to make sure I got the best deal possible. In an industry that often falls short on transparency, Domingo, John, and the entire team at Brilliance Honda far exceeded expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“Brilliance Subaru was the 3rd Subaru dealership I've been to and was by far the best one in Greater Chicago area I would say. Before I went to Brilliance Subaru, I had done lots of research on the pre-owned Subaru I was interested for my first car. The sales representative was very patient with me and were knowledgeable about their product and unlike other Subaru dealerships, they didn't push me to buy a car that I didn't need. They had a clear answer for every question I asked about the car I wanted.

I finished the test drive, the evaluation, the negotiation, the documentation within 2 and half hours. They didn't prolong the whole process. Hence, I am quite satisfied with their service so far. Will keep monitoring the maintenance service in the future closely.”

“Took my 2024 Accord in for an intermittent, frustrating rattle. Brad and Dave in service went above and beyond chasing it down.” (HONDA)

“My Crosstrek was due for it's oil change. I also had some other 30,000 maintenance items addressed. I was able to work from the waiting room, which saves me travel time. Nice folks and good service. I'm always surprised at how much quieter the car runs with new oil.” (SUBARU)
